Lingerie

I always recommend picking out your lingerie leading up to your session instead of right before. Your Pinterest board is full of lingerie ideas that were picked out just for you but don’t be afraid to step outside of the box a little bit and find something different. You can always shop your closet for any last minute ideas too.

Day Of Your Session

Be sure to eat and drink something the morning of your session. You may be thinking that you may feel slimmer if you skip out on a meal, but I swear you will feel worse! Sometimes when we skip meals we feel more tired, weak and maybe even a little bloated. I want you to feel as beautiful and confident as ever, so fueling your body for the session is what will make you feel like the best you ever. The session is usually a few hours long so you want to make sure you have enough energy to get you through.
