Easy Self Care Tips

Self care is something that I talk a lot about here at Ma Cherie Studios. I am an advocate for making time for yourself.  It's good for the mind and it's good for the soul. For some ladies, self care may be taking a bubble bath after a long day with the kids some may just want to take a few minutes alone in the morning to enjoy their cup of tea (or coffee!) Some forms of self care are expensive, some forms are time consuming but choose whatever works best for you!

Finding the right act of self care may take you some time but once you find your favorite ways to relax, you won't turn back!

Take Some Time to Breathe

When your schedule gets booked up and the to do list keeps growing, it's easy to get overwhelmed fast. Whenever this happens, I always take a few moments to breathe. It may sound too simple but I promise that it works. It's the perfect way to take a moment to collect your thoughts and relax for a little bit.

Eat Right & Stay Hydrated

One way that you can practice self care every single day is to take care of your body. Make sure that you are eating foods that make you feel good and energized. Try to eat lots of vegetables and stay hydrated. Drinking water is so good for you. Not only will you feel good but you will find that your skin looks hydrated and moisturized.

Move

Moving your body is the perfect way to relieve stress. Whether you like to take spin classes, yoga or just go for a walk, moving your body will make you feel so much better. It doesn't matter if you are looking to do a long workout session in your gym or just a simple stretch session, moving your body will help you think better and feel better.

These are 3 simple steps that you can do to make you feel less stressed. It is an easy way to practice self and each tip only takes a few moments of your day!
