I had so much fun working with Mrs. T. She brought in the perfect lingerie pieces for the vibe she was going for and even brought in a pair of jean shorts - hello booty shots!

Tell me about the lingerie shopping process, was it hard, was it fun? Where did you go?
The lingerie process was so much fun! In the beginning I was unsure as to what would suit my body type and what was appropriate to wear - you made it SO easy by creating the personalized Pinterest board. I honestly followed your recommendations (down to nail polish) to a T aside from the few pieces that I owned and all of the options felt comfortable and fit my style.
How were you feeling before you entered the studio/shooting location for the first time, nervous, excited, etc?
I will have to be honest - I was a little nervous, which I think is as to be expected. Once I entered the studio I and saw the awesome lay out and heard the fun music playing I was instantly excited. The decor in the studio makes you feel like a celebrity - plus you were very inviting and made it very comfortable.
What was your favorite lingerie look? Was it one you expected, or were you surprised by the piece that ended up being your favorite?
I would have to say I am torn between the green lace set and the ripped shorts with the hockey stick. Both options were VERY different but I think they both were able to reflect my personality and also make my husband happy by incorporating some of his favorite things.
What inspired you to choose your makeup look?
I typically do not wear a lot of make up so it was important to me to have the photos reflect a more natural look. I chose to go with more neutral tones which I usually wear and tried a nude lip liner and a little extra bronzer and eye shadow which ended up look great in the photos.
How did you feel leaving your boudoir session? Excited, empowered, sexy?
All 3! I feel like it's easy to get bogged down by professional goals and just life in general. It was SO enlightening to step outside of my comfort zone and do something that was not only empowered for me as a woman but also something that my husband can cherish for years to come. This was definitely a once in a lifetime experience and I'm so glad that I decided to YOLO and just do it!
What was your first thought when seeing how you looked in your photos? Have you noticed a mental shift in the way you view your body since doing the shoot?
IS THAT ME!? It was hard for me to imagine myself as someone who could ever be "seductive" in photos. The first teaser photo that you sent made me realize how often as women we feel the need to critique every little line and blemish. In that moment, after seeing the first photo, a definite positive mental shift happened in the way that I view my body.
