Stop talking yourself out of it.

Ever wanted to do a boudoir session and then immediately talk yourself out of it? Me too. I’ve done this with more than just a boudoir shoot; that cheap flight, a delicious looking pastry, honestly it seems to happen more than I’d like to admit. It’s so easy to talk ourselves out of doing something that we actually want to do. But what if we didn’t? What if we did that session we’ve been dying to do? What if we actually booked that flight? Our gut reaction is to think of all the things that could go wrong and why we don’t need it.

Right now you’re probably thinking of all the reasons why you shouldn’t do a boudoir session - you have nothing to wear, you need to lose those pesky ten pounds, you have no one to give the photos to, etc. But honestly, these are not reasons, they are excuses to convince yourself not to do it.

The best part about boudoir? It doesn’t come with requirements of any kind. As long as you have a body and show up - something amazing is going to come out of it. I’ve had ladies that come with no lingerie at all and the outcome is drop-dead gorgeous. Your body is truly all you need!

I talk to so many ladies throughout the week, just like you! They are worried about doing a session because they don’t think they are thin enough or sexy enough. There is always something holding them back! If you constantly put things off until you feel ready, you will never do it. You’ve probably seen my Instagram feed, and guess what? Those are not professional models. Those images are of beautiful women, who were nervous to do a session too. They had talked themselves out of it a few times too. But then one day they stopped trying to convince themselves that they didn’t want this and actually went for it.

YOU ARE WORTHY EXACTLY AS YOU ARE

There's no room for this "I'll be worthy when...." bullsh*t.

You're worthy. You're attractive. You're beyond deserving. And the time is now. 🖤

So come exactly as you are and just know that this will be a life-changing experience. The nerves will go away and you’ll be able to see yourself as you are.
